My passion for golf dates back to when I was little. I picked up my first golf club when I was just 2 years old, following a family tradition. My father, Carlos Insua, a professional player and coach, passed on to me his same passion to spread the word about golf in every lesson. In every shot, on every hole.
By the age of 21, I was already coaching junior teams… and I went on to become Head Pro at the distinguished T Golf Calvià and T Golf Palma courses.
Today, I enjoy bringing golf to my students in a simple and effective way every day. The help of technology allows me to stay connected with them at every practice session, anywhere in the world.
An entire life dedicated to golf
My connection with golf goes beyond teaching. I grew up in an environment where my mother managed the pro shop at a course in northern Mallorca and, alongside my father, managed the club’s championships. At 16, I began to excel at the amateur level and joined the Federation’s junior teams, competing nationally until making the leap to the professional world at 21. Although this stage as a professional player was brief due to the crisis in Spain, my transition to Sports Coach at the Spanish Federation gave me new opportunities to share my passion with students of all ages.
With over 15 years managing golf academies and over 10,000 teaching hours, I am currently the founder of Golf Q Coach. My mission is to globalize the love of golf.
My experience extends beyond this to include training certifications such as TPI, Vector, Vision54, smart2move, Trackmann, and other specialized courses, as well as over five years coaching youth teams in the Balearic Islands.
I carry the GQC project at my heart, making golf accessible to every home and generating passion in new golfers. Together, we’ll improve your results by planning meticulous training, setting starting points, and setting achievable goals.

My deep passion for sports and commitment to lifelong learning have led me to this wonderful project.
Golf fascinated me when I first encountered it at a professional event held in Mallorca, and it ignited a fire.
Soon after, I became immersed in the GQC project, which now allows me to combine my Advanced Technician in Physical Conditioning studies with golf-adapted physical development.

As a personal trainer and fitness coach specializing in golf, my focus is on comprehensive physical preparation. Whether working with children to develop their motor skills and develop them into future athletes, or with adults to improve their physical condition and achieve a more balanced and efficient body for the game, my goal is clear: to help every player reach their full potential on the golf course.
Committed to the studies and knowledge of the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), along with the constant pursuit of the union between physique and swing mechanics, my goal is to help GQC students understand their bodies and shape them to optimize their swing.
The work I do involves creating meticulous plans, supported by physical testing and evaluations, to tailor exercises individually.
My passion for fitness is reflected in every training session and drives my students to push their limits and reach new levels of performance.
After my training at TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and the knowledge of a seasoned golf professional like Coque, the game has changed. Now everyone is capable of achieving their goals when you combine physical and technical training..
