Booking & Service Terms

1. Identification and scope

These terms govern the booking and purchase of services offered under the Golf Q Coach brand by GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL, CIF B75323766, registered address C/ Gabriel Alzamora 36, Esc. D, 1º I, 07009 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain, email info@golfqcoach.com.

They apply to services purchased through golfqcoach.com, the T Golf Academy booking portal or app and other channels enabled by the company, without prejudice to the specific conditions of each programme.

2. Bookings, contracting and payment

A booking is confirmed once the booking and payment requirements indicated for the relevant service have been fulfilled. The client is responsible for checking the date, time, location, service and participant details before confirming.

Availability shown in the booking system may change until the booking is effectively confirmed.

3. Private lessons: changes, cancellations and non-attendance

Change or cancellation requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

Refund requests may only be considered when cancellation has been made at least 48 hours in advance. A refund is not automatic and will be assessed individually by GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL according to the circumstances and the specific conditions of the service, without prejudice to any statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.

Cancellations or change requests made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as non-attendance, do not entitle the client to a date change, recovery session or refund, except where attributable to the company or required by law.

4. Packages and lesson packs

Lesson packages and packs are valid for one year from the purchase date. Sessions must be used within that period. After expiry, unused sessions expire and cannot be recovered, transferred or refunded unless the specific product conditions state otherwise or the law requires it.

5. Memberships and subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions provide access to the included services during their active period, according to the specific conditions of each programme.

If the client is unable to attend, participate in or use an included session or service for reasons not attributable to GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL, this does not create a right to recovery, compensation, extension or refund unless the programme conditions state otherwise or the law requires it.

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, access to subscription services may be suspended until payment is regularised.

6. Q School

6.1 Subscription and renewal

Q School operates through a monthly automatically renewing subscription. While the subscription is active, the player may book and attend included sessions subject to availability and programme rules.

6.2 Booking period

Bookings may only be made for sessions taking place within the paid and active subscription period. A monthly subscription cannot be used to hold places for a later period that has not yet renewed. This ensures that places are used by members with an active subscription and that active members have equal booking opportunities.

6.3 Cancelling renewal

Players may cancel future renewals at any time from their account in the T Golf Academy booking portal, under Login / Subscriptions, or from the mobile app.

Cancellation prevents the next automatic charge but does not interrupt the already-paid monthly period. The player retains access until the final day of the active period. Cancelling during an already-started month does not entitle the player to a full or pro-rata refund, without prejudice to statutory rights.

6.4 Bookings, capacity and attendance

Q School membership does not guarantee a place in a specific session. Training sessions are limited to 10 participants, and sessions involving on-course training are limited to 6 participants. The academy may add further hours where demand justifies it.

A minimum of 2 registered participants is required for a session to take place. If this minimum is not reached, GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL reserves the right to cancel the session or postpone/reschedule it to another date, without penalty to affected students.

6.4.1 Limit on active future bookings

Each student may hold a maximum of 6 active future bookings at the same time, even when those bookings fall on non-consecutive days. Once this limit has been reached, a further booking may only be made after one of the booked sessions has taken place or a place has been released through a cancellation permitted by the system and the applicable terms. This limit promotes fair access to available places and does not change the subscription period or guarantee a place in any particular session.

6.5 Late cancellation, no-show and penalties

If a player cannot attend a booked session, the booking must be cancelled and the place released at least 48 hours in advance.

A cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance is considered a late cancellation. A booking that the player does not attend and has not cancelled is considered a no-show.

The first late cancellation or no-show will result in a warning. In the event of a second incident, the player will temporarily lose the right to make new bookings for the following 7 days. This measure is intended to prevent unnecessary blocking of places and support fair access for all members.

Unused sessions do not generate compensation, credit or carry-over to later periods.

7. Junior Academy

The Junior Academy season consists of nine monthly periods beginning in September. Monthly fees are paid by automatically renewing subscription for the duration of the programme.

The client may cancel future renewals through Login / Subscriptions in the T Golf Academy booking portal or through the mobile app. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not interrupt an already-paid monthly period. The student may continue attending until that period ends, and an already-started month is not refundable in full or pro rata, without prejudice to statutory rights.

The monthly fee covers participation in the programme during the contracted period and is not the purchase of a specific number of individual lessons. If a student cannot attend a session for reasons not attributable to the academy, the session cannot be recovered, accumulated, transferred or refunded.

If the academy cancels a session, it will offer a recovery session, rescheduling or another appropriate equivalent solution.

8. Online Mentoring

Online Mentoring is provided through a recurring subscription according to the services and frequency described in the purchased service. Failure by the student to submit material, videos or required information during an active period does not automatically create a right to recovery, extension or refund.

Cancelling future renewals does not affect the already-paid period, which remains active until its end date. The specific conditions shown at purchase determine the precise content of the service.

9. Clinics and events

The final number of participants and 100% of the total price of a clinic or event must be confirmed and paid no later than 7 days before the service date.

From that point, the price is based on the confirmed participant number and the professionals and resources reserved for the event. Full or partial non-attendance for reasons not attributable to the academy does not result in a price reduction, refund or credit.

Up to 48 hours before the start, the client may request a change to the scheduled time, always subject to academy availability. This adjustment concerns the time only and does not permit a reduction in the confirmed participant number or contracted price because the required professionals have already been reserved. Any later increase in participants requires the academy's express acceptance and may involve an additional organisational and financial adjustment.

If full payment and final participant confirmation have not been received seven days before the event, the academy is not obliged to keep the originally reserved professionals, time or resources blocked.

10. Weather policy

Rain alone is not grounds for cancellation of private lessons, clinics, events or in-person programmes/subscriptions. Clients must attend while the academy keeps the service operational.

The academy may cancel, delay or interrupt an activity where conditions may compromise safety, particularly in the event of a real risk of lightning or electrical storms, severe weather or other adverse conditions that make play unsafe.

If GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL decides to cancel before the start, it will inform the client as soon as reasonably possible and propose a new date without loss of the service.

If the client independently decides not to attend because of the weather while the academy keeps the service operational, the ordinary cancellation, absence or no-show rules apply.

11. Physical fitness, safety and risks of sporting activities

11.1 Scope

These conditions apply to golf lessons, training sessions, Junior programmes, Q School, clinics, events, fitness activities and other in-person sporting services organised by GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL.

11.2 Fitness declaration

By booking or participating, the participant declares that, to the best of their knowledge, they are physically fit to undertake the chosen activity. Anyone unsure of their fitness or with limitations that may affect their safety should consult a healthcare professional beforehand and refrain from participation where medically inadvisable. Ordinary bookings do not require disclosure of medical diagnoses.

11.3 Inherent risks

The participant acknowledges the inherent risks of golf and physical training, including accidental impacts from balls or clubs, falls, slips, overexertion, muscle or joint injuries and hazards associated with terrain or weather conditions. Acknowledging these ordinary risks does not constitute a waiver of statutory rights.

11.4 Safety rules

Participants must follow instructors’ directions, maintain safe distances, ensure the hitting area is clear before making a stroke and use facilities and equipment appropriately. They must stop and inform the instructor if they experience pain, dizziness, discomfort or a hazardous situation. The academy may stop or adapt an activity where necessary for safety.

11.5 Minors

For activities involving minors, the booking and acceptance of these terms must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide necessary permissions and contact details and communicate any safety-relevant limitations through an appropriate channel.

11.6 Accidents and emergencies

In the event of an accident or emergency, staff may take reasonable protective measures and request emergency assistance. Medical treatment is the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.

11.7 Liability and rights

Each participant is responsible for their conduct and compliance with safety rules to the extent permitted by law. GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL and its professionals retain their applicable duties of care and safety. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for negligence, breach of statutory duties or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

12. Cancellations or changes by the academy

If a service must be cancelled for reasons attributable to the academy, rescheduling or the appropriate solution will be offered according to the service and applicable law. The academy may make reasonable adjustments to the professional, space or planning where necessary to deliver the service correctly without substantially changing its nature.

13. Right of withdrawal and consumer rights

For distance contracts, the statutory right of withdrawal applies where legally applicable, including the rules and exceptions concerning services whose performance has begun at the consumer's request or services linked to specific dates or periods.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights.

14. Booking platform · SimplyBook.me

GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL uses SimplyBook.me as a technology provider for managing bookings, client accounts, subscriptions, payments and communications related to purchased services.

The platform is provided by SimplyBook.me Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE387490, with registered office at Nafpliou 28, Medical Court, Floor 4, Flat/Office 401, 3025 Limassol, Cyprus.

When creating an account, making a booking or managing a subscription through the platform, certain personal and booking-related data will be processed through SimplyBook.me systems in order to provide these services.

For personal data processed on behalf of GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL through the booking system, GOLF Q EXPERTS MALLORCA SL acts as data controller and SimplyBook.me Ltd as technology provider and data processor, in accordance with the applicable data processing agreement between the parties. Use of the platform may also be subject to SimplyBook.me Ltd's own terms and policies where applicable.

15. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by Golf Q Coach's Privacy Policy, which explains purposes, legal bases, recipients, providers and data-subject rights.

16. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent bodies determined by applicable law, respecting mandatory consumer rights.
